Hi, I’m Ella.I trained in Rishikesh, India - the birthplace of yoga, and bring a blend of traditional yoga and somatic-informed yoga.I guide slow, mindful, breath-led yoga sessions that focus on mind-body connection and sound baths. Classes are somatic-informed, which means you turn your attention inward, noticing sensations and how movement feels in the body — it’s not about how it looks. There’s no pressure to get anything ‘right’. Yoga is not just a physical practice but a holistic way of life that can be included in our daily lives to make it better. FAQsDo I need any experience to join?No. All classes are beginner-friendly and you can move at your own pace.⸻Do I need to be flexible?Not at all. Yoga is about how you feel, not how far you can stretch.⸻What should I bring?A yoga mat or towel, water, and comfortable clothing. For extra comfort during the final relaxation, you’re welcome to bring a blanket and small cushion.⸻Where are the classes held?Classes are held in local community spaces, with occasional beach and outdoor sessions in suitable weather.⸻What if I’ve never done yoga before?That’s absolutely fine.
